Josie McLean

Josie McLean is the founder of The Partnership. An organisation working with forward thinking people and organisations to deliver contemporary leadership development. The Partnership catalyses real change and results that lead to sustainable organisations – environmentally, socially and economically. 

She has worked with a diverse client base including blue chip corporates, departments and bodies at all three tiers of government, community organisations and indigenous leaders.

Josie has a background as a financial analyst, corporate strategic planner, financier, business advisor and change agent. She is a past President of the International Coach Federation of Australasia and was a founding director of Be The Change Australia. Academically she holds a B Economic and Grad Dip Mgt. She continues to invest in her own professional development, having studied leadership and human behaviour at Harvard and is currently undertaking research into leadership for sustaining organisations.
